Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as TRACITREASURE is not responsible for lost return shipments.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within a limited time after placement. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Exchanges
